Not a sales pitch — a strategy document. You pay $500 once, and you leave with a written plan you can act on, with me or without me.
If I think you don't need a lawyer, the plan will say so.
See everything the $500 buys →After that, it's pay-as-you-go: you always know the price before the work begins. No retainer to exhaust, no surprise invoices, no hourly meter.
A 5-minute online form — new case, mid-case, or existing order. Start any time, day or night.
I review your facts, file, and background checks before we talk, so your session goes to strategy — not catch-up. You schedule it directly on my calendar after you sign up.
What to do, in what order, with flat-fee quotes for each step. You decide what's next — with me or on your own.
Texas family law is all I do. Whatever brought you here, it's handled in this office — by me.
Contested or agreed — from filing to final decree.
Conservatorship, possession, and access — protecting your time with your kids.
Establishing, calculating, and correcting support the right way.
When life changes, the order should too — custody, support, possession.
When the other side won't follow the order, the court can make them.
Stepparent, relative, and adult adoption; guardianship for loved ones.
About the attorney
I've practiced Texas family law for 18 years, in more than 40 counties — divorce, custody, support, modifications, enforcement, adoption, and guardianship. I built this practice on a simple belief: hiring a lawyer shouldn't be a $5,000 gamble. You'll always know what a step costs before it starts, and the lawyer you talk to is the lawyer who handles your case. When I'm not in a courtroom, I serve on the board of a 9-campus charter school district for at-risk teens.

No — it buys a deliverable. You get a full case review with background checks on both parties, a one-on-one strategy session with me, and a written Plan of Action you keep: what to do, in what order, with a flat-fee quote for each step. A consultation is a conversation. This is a strategy document.
Yes — taking over mid-case is a big part of my practice. The $500 review is built for exactly this: I read everything that's been filed, everything your current lawyer has (and hasn't) done, and tell you exactly where you stand before you commit to anything. Here's how a takeover works.
Only if you decide to. The Plan of Action gives you a flat-fee quote for each next step — you choose which steps to take, and you pay for each one before the work begins. No retainer to exhaust, no surprise invoices, no hourly meter. Quotes are due two weeks before the work (90 days before a final trial), so nothing ever sneaks up on you.
Me. After you sign up and pay, you schedule your strategy session directly on my calendar — every strategy session is with me personally, never an associate or a screener. My paralegal Maddie keeps your case moving day-to-day, but the lawyer who builds your plan is the lawyer on your case.
I practice throughout Texas — I've appeared in courts in 40+ counties statewide. DFW is home base: Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, and Collin are my most frequent courts. For cases elsewhere in Texas, I'm willing to travel; travel time is billed at my standard rate.
Fast — but don't wait. In Texas you generally must answer by 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday after 20 days from service. You can start online right now, and your Plan of Action will prioritize the deadline. If you have a hearing already on the calendar, text or call (817) 382-8333 today.
Then that's what it says. Some situations resolve with the right paperwork and a steady hand, and I'll tell you so — the plan is yours either way, and it'll show you how to handle it yourself if that's the honest answer.
The fastest path is to start online — sign up, pay the $500, and put your strategy session on my calendar tonight if you want. Prefer to ask something first? Send a note here or text the office, and you'll hear back within one business day.
Submitting this form doesn't create an attorney-client relationship — it just starts the conversation.
