What is the Financial Information Statement?
The CIVFC11 is a standardized Texas court form disclosing both parties' income, monthly expenses, debts, and assets. Judges use it to set temporary child support, spousal support, and attorney's fee awards at hearings.
Our office adds the case caption and opposing-party information before filing — you only fill in your own financial details.
What you'll need
Gross monthly pay (a recent pay stub helps) and any other income sources such as rental income, side work, or benefits.
Rent or mortgage, utilities, food, transportation, childcare, health insurance premiums, and other regular costs.
Credit cards, personal loans, and other debts — current balance and minimum monthly payment for each.
First and last names and ages of the children in this case, if any.
Best estimates are fine — you are not expected to have exact figures for every line.

Common questions
Why do I need to fill this out?
Texas courts require both parties to disclose their financial situation before a judge can set temporary child support, spousal support, or attorney's fees. Your attorney uses your completed CIVFC11 to argue for the right numbers on your behalf.
What if I don't know the exact amounts?
Best estimates are fine. Use round numbers where you're unsure. You can update the form with your attorney before it's filed — the important thing is to get something in, not to be perfect.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Your form link is unique to your case. Answers are encrypted in transit and stored securely. Only you and our office can access your information.
Can I save my progress and come back?
Yes — your answers save automatically as you type. Your link is good for 7 days. If you need a fresh link after it expires, fill out the form above and we'll send you a new one.
I already have my link but it isn't working.
Links expire after 7 days. Fill out the "Send me my link" form above and we'll send you a fresh one right away.
I'm not sure if I'm a client yet.
Your attorney sends your personal form link after you've signed your agreement and your file is open. If you haven't received a link yet, call our office at (817) 382-8333 and we'll get you set up.
