Each $500 stage payment is due weekly or per pay period. These are installment payments toward your overall representation — each payment is earned upon receipt for services already rendered and ongoing. Consistent payments keep your case moving and strengthen your position. The attorney does not advance your case to the next stage or appear in court without payment being current.
