What is this worksheet?

Before your mediation, Donald prepares a short, professional "Mediation Goals & Objectives" summary and sends it to the mediator. This worksheet is how you tell him what you want out of mediation — your goals on custody, visitation, support, property, and the things you absolutely cannot give up.

The more candid you are, the better Donald can advocate for you at the table. Nothing you write here is shared with the other side — it goes to Donald, who reviews it before forwarding a polished summary to the mediator.
